Siemens Ltd. Seoul Received 100 million dollars Export Tower
Siemens Ltd. Seoul received 100 million dollars Export Tower during the government’s 46th annual Trade Day at COEX on November 30. Hosted by Korea International Trade Association(KITA) and sponsored by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, thousands of participants including President MyungBak Lee, GongIl Sa, President of KITA and other associates attended the ceremony to congratulate Korea's entry into the world’s top 10 trade countries for the first time and take a pledge of sustainable development next year. In addition, about 1,500 companies were awarded Export Tower and about 876 people received medals and prizes. President MyungBak Lee presented 100 million dollars Export Tower to Mr. Josef Meilinger, President and CEO of Siemens Ltd. Seoul for its contribution of exporting healthcare and industrial products and equipments.
